In this episode, it was brought up that the Tacoma Narrows Bride went across a river (or something). It is actually across the Puget Sound. It is simular to San Francisco Bay, but flattened out and elongated. Most of Galloping Gerty is still under the water and you can dive down to it during the slack tides.
