80: ALL QUIZ BONANZA! #16

DIRECT DOWNLOAD  /  ITUNES  /  RSS

Get out your smoothie cup because we're about to whip up your melon with some quenching quizzes! Let's play "Japan, Or Not Japan?" and "Angels & Demons." Fire up your follicles with a quiz all about hair-removing products (and pain, we suppose). Karen's got a list of animals whose species names are all dedicated to celebrities, and Dana brings it with a lightning round of TV's beloved anti-heroes. Colin's doubled over duos, and Chris is just "plane crazy."

ALSO: World's Ugliest Animal, podcast facts

RUNTIME: 44 minutes 48 seconds

UM ACTUALLY...: Though Gervais did have the world record in most podcast downloaded, Adam Carolla broke it in 2011 [source]. Thanks to the listeners for pointing that out!

I can related to Karen's favorite animal being on the World's Ugliest list. I love tarsiers and proboscis monkeys, but there they are. The don't deserve to be listed with what I call the Ziggy fish.

Um, actually…

If you guys would like a photo of it, my Japanese stand fan, here in Japan, has a timer on it too. The superstition isn't quite as vivid as it is in South Korea, but in Japan there's still a general sense that you Shouldn't Sleep With a Fan Running, even if nobody's really sure why nowadays.

I googled Jeep Seat. All I got were pictures of jeeps! I found this immensely hilarious.
