How to Memorize the Chinese Zodiac

Here's a handy rhyming mnemonic device to help anyone memorize the correct order of Chinese zodiac. Red Lobster definitely is a guilty pleasure! (The last line is there for flavor text so the poem rhymes.)

Cheesy Biscuits Taste Rad
Dipping Sauce, Hard to Grab
Mix, Roast, Drop and Boil
Red Lobster, Always Loyal

BREAKDOWN:

Cheesy Biscuits Taste Rad
 Rat / Bull / Tiger / Rabbit

Dipping Sauce, Hard to Grab
 Dragon / Snake / Horse / Goat

Mix, Roast, Drop and Boil
 Monkey / Rooster / Dog / Boar

To calculate what year is what, remember that 1900 is the year of the Rat - and you can work forward or backward and cycle through the 12 animal/years to know which year is what animal.
